1. DOMESTIC SHIPPING & RATES
We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Pan-India Shipping on all orders above ₹3,500.For orders below this amount, a flat standard delivery rate of ₹150 is calculated at checkout.
2. PROCESSING & DISPATCH TIMELINES
Each garment undergoes a strict dual quality check and is delicately packed with love. Orders for ready-to-ship collections are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business working days (excluding Sundays and national holidays).
3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Deliveries are expedited across our trusted courier partners. Please allow 10-15 business days for your order to be delivered.

4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, the tracking link along with the AWB number will be shared with you on WhatsApp or Email.
5. PACKAGING & DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
All shipments are fully transit-insured. In the unlikely event that your outer packaging arrives visibly tampered with or damaged, please capture photos/videos before opening and notify us immediately on WhatsApp.
