1. Domestic Shipping & Rates
We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Pan-India Shipping on all orders above ₹2,999. For orders below this amount, a flat standard delivery rate of ₹150 is calculated at checkout.
2. Processing & Dispatch Timelines
Each garment undergoes a strict dual quality check and is delicately packaged in our signature boxes. Orders for ready-to-ship collections are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays).
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Deliveries are expedited across all major courier networks:
- Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 2–4 business days.
- Rest of India: 4–6 business days.
- Remote / Northeast Regions: 5–7 business days.
4. Order Tracking
Once your package is handed over to our courier partner (BlueDart, Delhivery, or DTDC), an automated tracking link along with the AWB number will be shared directly with you on WhatsApp and email.
5. Packaging & Damaged Shipments
All shipments are fully transit-insured. In the improbable event that your outer packaging arrives visibly tampered with or damaged, please take photos/videos before opening and notify us immediately on WhatsApp.
