1. 7-Day Exchange Window
We want you to feel sublime in every AURA piece. If you need a different size or wish to exchange for another silhouette, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery receipt.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To ensure fairness and hygiene, all exchange garments must meet these criteria:
- Garments must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and unperfumed.
- All original brand tags, barcodes, and fabric ribbons must be attached.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging or suitable protective box.
- Customized, tailored length garments and final clearance pieces are not eligible for exchange unless defective.
3. Reverse Pickup Process
We will arrange a reverse pickup from your doorstep across all serviceable pincodes. Once the return garment arrives at our atelier and passes physical inspection, your exchanged size or store credit will be issued within 48 hours.
4. How to Initiate an Exchange
Simply message our care team on WhatsApp with your Order ID and photo of the garment. Our representative will initiate the return pickup immediately.
